If not then make sure your device is connected properly to the computer via USB. • Verify your device is recognized under “My Computer” and double click on it. • Make a folder called “ROMS” where all the other folders are. • Drag and drop the CyanogenMod 10.1.zip file AND the Gapps.zip file you downloaded earlier into the ROMS folder you just created.
