Insignia Dvd Software Update
I bought an Insignia Blue Ray player at best buy last year. Now it wont play new Blue Ray DVDs. When I called Insignia they stated that they are no longer supporting updates for these models. Installing Windows Xp here.
How can a company still in business no longer support a product they manufactured with something as simple as a firmware update? Is there something/somewhere/somehow that I can get an update for this model? More importantly how can Best Buy continue to sell a manufacturer that does not support its products, after only a year or two. Sadly disappointed with both the manufacturer and Best Buy. SM The problem is the AACS keys that newer BR discs need in order for the player to decrypt the disc for playback.
Inisignia no longer makes BR players so I'm not surprised there aren't any updates. This isn't as common with the bigger, more reputable companies but it still happens. Home Plan Pro V5.2.22.1 Incl Keygen-Lz0. Stick with LG, Sony, or Panasonic and you should OK for at least three years.
