• v2.3 May 23, 2013. 4th try to post The problems of not starting up when I open the system on my iPad are the same as many other viewers. It used to be so much more responsive. Now there are times when I cannot get it to start up at all - it says 'offline' there should be no reason for this. My internet is working fine but this just spins its little circles - VERY FRUSTRATING and dangerous when I am relying on to show me if there is a problem I need to respond to. I have not updated my iPad to the latest update and now it sounds like it can potentially make the problem even worse.

Now I'm not so sure. I will be passing my concerns along to them. I hope this is just a temporary issue because of all of the latest changes Apple has made and your company is working nonstop to fix this. The picture from your cameras are good - when they work- so I am hoping this is all resolved soon.
